Hello

Welcome, glad you’re here.

This little corner is where I share the person behind the work. Beyond everything I do professionally,

I’m a father, a husband, and a son first.

I’m also someone who enjoys meeting people, understanding them, and helping where I can.I’ve spent years building a career around talent, teams, and people, but this space is more personal, a place to know me as a human, not just a recruiter or a professional title.

If you’re curious about who I am, what I enjoy, and how I see the world, you’re in the right place.

Make yourself at home.

Back Story

I’m a Bangalorean at heart, someone who has watched the city evolve from quiet corners and tree-lined roads to the fast, electric chaos it is today.

My story begins here in Bangalore, but it stretches far beyond the city limits. I’ve wandered across countries, stood speechless in front of oceans, mountains, and ancient stones, and collected moments that shaped how I see the world.

People describe me as someone who loves feeding motivation into others. I enjoy helping people break through their mental fog and find clarity, a bit of joy, and momentum in their own paths. It’s natural for me to spread warmth and energy wherever I go outside of philosophy and inner worlds,
I’ve always found myself helping people, sometimes without even realizing it. Someone once told me that I’m here in this world to open doors for others, and I think a small part of me believes that. I naturally show up with a positive, forward-looking energy, loving life exactly the way it arrives, without overcomplicating it.

I’m a happy soul by nature, someone who loves meeting people, talking, and building relationships along the way. As much as I enjoy hanging out and being around interesting conversations, I equally cherish being alone with quiet moments of solitude, the kind that recharge me from within and keeps the balance.

I don’t like wasting anyone’s time, including my own, so I’d much rather sit in silence or have a great conversation filled with laughter and lightness. Over the years, I’ve made friends through work and outside it, and though I struggle to squeeze in time for everyone, the connections mean a lot.

Growing up, I was always fascinated by what lies beneath the surface. Human minds, motivations, emotions, the invisible strings that pull our decisions, the stories behind our behaviors, all of this drew me in early. Long conversations with people, exploring how they think and how they feel, became one of my favorite ways to understand life. Somewhere along the way, that curiosity expanded into the cosmos. I became obsessed with looking up at the night sky, imagining what lies beyond space, beyond time, and beyond what we can ever fully understand.

Parallel to that, I’ve always carried a quiet hunger to explore the purpose of existence itself.

From history, the roots of early civilizations, the silence of the pre-human world to the mystery of consciousness and the unknown future, everything about where we come from and where we’re headed continues to be my north star for soul-searching.

I’ve experienced perspectives that cracked open new ways of thinking, deep reflections on ego, identity, and meaning,  These journeys shaped a belief I live by today, that there is no absolute good or bad, everything is a point of view, context, and convenience.

I love nature, travel, and exploring new places - but if I had to choose, the beach wins almost every time, though a quiet mountain escape catches me once in a while.

Movies? I could talk about them all day. My list is long, but some films shaped my imagination deeply, like The Terminator, The Matrix, The Godfather, Interstellar, Wolf of Wall Street, and Cast Away. Each one gave me something different, whether it’s grit, questioning reality, family power dynamics, cosmic wonder, ambition, or raw human survival.

Fast-forward to today,I’ve built a life rooted in curiosity, exploration, and a desire to understand people and possibilities better. I love what I do, the people I meet, and the experiences that continue to shape me.

“Knowing yourself is the beginning of all wisdom.” - Aristotle
I’m also exploring myself more, trying to understand all the layers and dimensions of who I am while evolving at my own pace. At my core, I move with two beliefs, Temet Nosce and Aham Brahmasmi, both guiding me inward and forward at the same time.
